The chapter house is owned an managed by the Beta Alpha Theta Building Association.  It was acquired in 1993 through the support of alumni, parents and friends.  It was originally built in 1963 as a sorority house.  It boasts 23 rooms with more than 13,000 square feet and is fully sprinklered throughout all common areas and rooms.  Those that live in receive internet, DirecTV (including NFL Sunday Ticket), utilities, and 10 meals per week all for one low semester cost.  Total package is comparable to dorm rates.
